Vietnam Airlines – The Pride of Vietnamese Aviation

Renowned for its quality service and the dedication of its flight attendants, Vietnam Airlines is always the top choice for those who love to travel by plane.

Not only trusted and chosen by customers, Vietnam Airlines recently won the award for the best service quality in Southeast Asia for its ground services at Tan Son Nhat Airport. This title was awarded by Korean Air and was given to Vietnam Airport Ground Services Company, Tan Son Nhat Branch (VIAGS, a subsidiary of Vietnam Airlines specializing in ground services). This is not only a source of pride for Vietnam Airlines but also an honor for the entire Vietnamese aviation industry.

According to Mr. Park Jun Beom – Chief Representative of Korean Air at Tan Son Nhat Airport, every year Korean Air experts organize evaluations of the service quality of ground service companies that are Korean Air's partners worldwide. These evaluations are conducted quarterly, both publicly and secretly, and through passenger feedback. This award proves that Vietnam Airlines' ground service company at Tan Son Nhat Airport not only provides services according to quality commitments but also exceeds customer expectations, aiming to become one of the leading ground service companies in terms of quality at airports in the Asian region.

At Tan Son Nhat Airport, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat currently serves 21 Korean Air passenger and cargo flights per week. In addition to providing ground services for Vietnam Airlines, VIAGS Tan Son Nhat also serves 40 airlines worldwide that have routes to Tan Son Nhat, including 4 and 5-star airlines.

Not complacent with its achievements, Vietnam Airlines continues to improve its service quality. From March 26, 2017, the airline has implemented a program to upgrade the quality of Business Class services on the route between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Accordingly, Business Class passengers on new Airbus A350 and Boeing 787 aircraft will be served with on-demand entertainment programs on each passenger's personal screen, similar to international flights. Each passenger will receive headphones and a program guide for a better experience. Currently, Airbus A350 and Boeing 787 aircraft are being operated on 45% of flights between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Therefore, Tam Vuong fans, please continue to support Vietnam Airlines in the future!
